I grew up in the country. Our family always had a garden. I loved exploring nature. I received my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and Life Coaching with a minor in Health Psychology. I learned a lot about chronic issues. Then I met someone who I care a lot about and he has experienced some issues. Autoimmune and EOE (Eosinophilic Esophagitis). His white blood cells attack his esophogus and it gets inflamed and he cannot swallow pills. I already grow some herbs and started looking into more as I wanted to make some things for the inflammation that the cells attack that he could swallow. Now, I am not a Doctor nor do I pretend to know medicine, but I thought it was worth a try. I started developing my tinctures. They can be held under the tongue for thirty seconds and he was willing to see if it helped. He has not had any episodes and takes them daily. This made me explore into other issues such as breathing, sleep deprivation, anxiety, eczema, dry skin, and every day bites from being outside, body aches, sore and swollen joints, bronchitis, asthma, colds, and chronic illness htat people suffer from. I got so excited with the results and studies based on basic herbs. This all started my Cottage Food environment and getting my LLC. Now I am so happy to share my supplements and skin products with many!
The products I make all use organic herbs and natural oils. They are meant to improve your daily lives. I do not claim to be a medical professional and my facility is not a lab. It is my Kitchen. they are made with love and to extract a potency that gives results. If you are pregnant and for any other reason, please consult your physician before taking any of my products. Also check to see if you have allergies. I do not use peanut oil, wheat, or soy products. I do use ethanol (80 proof) as my menstrumm for the tinctures. This not only assists with the best breakdown of the plant so that the properties can best be extracted, but it also gives a long shelf life. 1 dose is only 1 ml. My Skin, beard oils, and body butters have a shelf life of around 3 months, where the tinctures, three years or more.
